This International Seminar will be conducted on the theme of Teacher Education: Issues and Challenges in the light of NEP 2020. Education is a key to the development of any nation and its aim is to increase the quality of novice Teachers. The Govt. of India has been focusing its attention on quality and excellence in all levels of Education. The changing role of the Teacher Educators in view of NEP-2020 is the main motto to be highlighted in this Seminar. The New Education Policy (NEP) 2020 will revolutionize Education by transforming Pupil centric learning and defending the ideal teacher’s role in future Teacher Education platforms. The policy was developed via an extensible collaborative process that was unmatched in scope and depth. Producing an ideal teacher is a major challenge for Governments across the globe Today. The discussions and presenting of papers in the seminar will highlight the policies and procedures designed to equip prospective Teachers with the knowledge, attitudes, behaviours and skills they require to perform their tasks effectively in the classroom, school and wider community keeping pace with the tremendous development in the fields of Teacher Educations with the help of Science and best use of appropriate Technology.
